Penalties

In case
of cancellation at any moment up to 7 days before the
arrival date, a penalty of 50% of the entire stay will
be debited.

In case of undocumented cancellation or no show, a
penalty of 100% of the entire stay booked will be
debited.
Change of reservation date:
-
Up to
60 days before arrival date : a penalty of 10% will be
debited of the entire stay booked.

From 59 to 30 days before arrival date : a penalty of
30% will be debited of the entire stay booked.
-
From 29 to 7 days before arrival date : a penalty of 50%
will be debited of the entire stay booked.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
IN THE
RESIDENCE.
